I forgot my password. What do I do?
Contact your school carpool administrator. They can set a new password for you under Users → Edit. After you sign in, change it in My Profile → Change Password.
It says my account is waiting for approval.
New driver accounts must be checked by an administrator first. You get a notification once you are approved. If it takes too long, contact your administrator.
It says “Too many failed attempts”.
For security, sign-in is locked for 5 minutes after 5 wrong passwords. Wait, then try again with the correct email and password.
How do I change my name, phone number or address?
Open My Profile (tap your initials at the top right), edit your details and tap Save Changes. Only an administrator can change your email.
I got “Your session expired. Please try again.”
The page was open too long or you signed in somewhere else. Reload the page and repeat what you were doing.
How do I see where my child is on the map?
- When the driver starts the trip you get a “Trip started” notification, and a “ride is on the way” banner appears on your dashboard.
- Tap it, or the Map tab at the bottom of the screen, to see the car moving live with the arrival time, the plate number and a Call button.
- You are notified again when your child is picked up and when they arrive.
The map only works while a trip is in progress. Before that, the Map tab shows today's scheduled rides.
Can I get a report of my child's rides?
Yes. Open Ride Reports in the menu and choose Ride History (every pickup and drop-off time), Student Attendance or Absence Report. Pick the dates and download it as Excel or PDF.

- Your child may already be on the route or have a pending request.
- The route may be inactive.
My child is sick today. How do I tell the driver?
Go to Absences, choose your child and the date(s), and tap Save Absence. The driver is notified automatically. If today's trip is already prepared, you can also open it and tap Not riding today.
How can my child see the ride on their own phone?
Install the Student App on their phone: My Children → App → Connect … phone, then scan the QR code with your child's phone. For a quick view without installing, you can also share a tracking link from the same page.
I don't get notifications.
Notifications appear inside the app under the bell and on your dashboard. Keep the app open, or install it on your phone for quick access. Check that your child's seat is Approved on the route.
